Established in January of 2006, The Fresh Diet was conceived by a Le Cordon
Blue trained chef and is based in the 40% of carbohydrates, 30% protein and
30% fats diet concept. It became the first diet delivery company in Florida
to offer clients fresh daily-prepared meals that are never frozen,
freeze-dried or vacuum packed.
The
company serves the South Florida, New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles
areas.
The
company took over another diet food delivery company called Balance For Life
and expressed interest in future acquisitions, should they present
themselves.
The
Fresh Diet provides members with access to certified dieticians and an
online meal planner.
Plans
are priced at $35-$45 per day. The company did run some specials for New
Years and “black Friday”. Management claims that the average customer stays
on their plans for 45 days, and a lot of them use the program a few months
of the year every year.
Premium Choice, allows you to choose from a variety of delicious daily menu
items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and hors d’oeuvre.
